Amanda Cohn floated that possibility, along with further development of the Murray River foreshore and QEII Square itself as community projects that would provide an economic boost.

"I'm really proud to have been entrusted with representing our community for another 12 months as deputy mayor, it says a lot about our community to be able to continue to be a progressive voice, especially in a year that has been such a huge challenge," Cr Cohn said.
Asked if she would stand down as deputy mayor if she secured that place, Cr Cohn said party rules did not allow her to answer that question.
