Albury Wodonga Health is considering relaxing their visitor policy at their hospitals after Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews flagged a change to visitors on Sunday.

The cross-border health service said they are "currently reviewing its visitor policy for all sites".
"We are aware that many people in our community are keen to visit their loved ones in hospital, and will be sure to provide an update on new visitor guidelines as soon as possible," a statement said.

Patients are only allowed to nominate one support person who is allowed visit them while in hospital.
