Owner David Attwood ends his 14-year association with the central Albury watering hole when Harvest Hotels officially takes over on December 1.
Brady's has been added to their pub portfolio which also consists of hotels in Tamworth, Yass and Orange.
Director Fraser Haughton said Brady's had plenty of appeal.
"Our passion is pubs," he said.
"Our aim has always been to operate the very best pubs in the very best regional communities .
"(Brady's) and the Albury region really fit our vision for a Harvest Hotel and it will be a great next step for us."
Harvest Hotels plans to operate the pub in its current state and is liaising with manager Brendan Cooper during the changeover.
"We're thrilled at the opportunity to own and operate (Brady's)," Mr Haughton said.
"It's a really impressive building with great bones and it has a terrific history.
"It's been run by some outstanding publicans over its years, and we can't wait to make our own Harvest mark."
Mr Attwood and Mr Cooper originally bought Brady's and another Albury pub, the Albion, from long-term business partners Mal Hutchinson and Graeme Bosse, who operated hotels together for more than three decades.
Mr Cooper operated the Albion before it sold last year.
Last month, Harvest Hotels re-opened the doors to Tamworth's oldest and most iconic pub, The Courthouse.
"The Courthouse has been an awesome journey for us, from operating the original pub, the renovation and the re-opening," Mr Haughton said.
"We are ready to expand this offering into a different region and create a pub that the Albury community can enjoy the same way Tamworth has The Courthouse so far."
The group is selling the The Pig and Tinder Box restaurant at Tamworth to concentrate on pubs.
