The competition is set to commence from Friday, October 23.
However, it will be contested north of the border this season, with Wodonga's Waves still out of action under COVID-19 restrictions.
O and M water polo president Tom Hogan said he's been thrilled with the amount of interest shown.
"It's really cool to see the interest from all of the existing O and M members, but also some new ones," Hogan said.
"It seems like everyone is really keen to get back to some sort of sport."

Wodonga Dolphins have been training in Lavington with the Northside Stingrays after battling hurdles on the Victorian side.
"It's been great seeing Northside work with them," Hogan said.
"We're all one big community."
Hogan is now looking to grow what is about a 600 member community even further and is putting the call out for new players to give the sport a try.
He added that all age groups are welcome.
"That's the best thing about polo," he said.
"There's a lot of opportunity for people to come and try."
Last season was cut short due to the coronavirus.
