UPA Home and Community Care have recently moved into brand new premises to cater for their growing business needs.
The prominent location in Griffith Road, Lavington, will allow for the organisation's four case managers, a team leader, registered nurse and administration officer to better service some 200 consumers.
"It is a much more prominent and visual location," said UPA's community care manager Reannon Spencer.
"Our previous location was situated within UPA Murray Vale retirement village and difficult to locate if people weren't familiar with were we were.
"Moving to street frontage and across from the Coles complex and Lavington Square (where the Bendigo Bank used to be) will provide us with better accessibility for our consumers and to other members of the community."
UPA operates around the region in Lavington, Albury, Culcairn, Holbrook and Henty.
Their team comprises a total of 24 support employees and nine administration staff.
Their services include home care packages, Commonwealth home support program, Department of Veteran's Affairs and private brokerage.
"As you get older, living independently in your own home can become more difficult," said Reannon.
"If you're finding it harder or more complex to do the things you used to, you can ask for some help," she said.
UPA Home and Community Care works with you to support your own goals around how you want to live and what is important to you.
"Our home and community care team are qualified in aged care. If you need help and support within your home to maintain your independence with daily living like shopping, domestic assistance, personal care and transport then UPA Home and Community Care may be able to assist you."
