Circles, or pods as they were referred to, were drawn on the grass of the Albury Botanic Gardens during the outdoor music event to ensure crowds were COVID-safe.
Border acoustic band Mia Grace and the Aviators entertained the crowd in the first of Albury Council's open air garden concerts in the coronavirus era.
Families and friends had to pre-book for the event, with only four people permitted within each "pod".
But that didn't deter Dale Goonan and his young family from enjoying the two-hour live music event. "We had a great time and the kids really enjoyed the music," he told The Border Mail.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"It was great to see an outdoor community event back on the calendar and people coming out to support it.
"We were lucky it was a nice day with the weather as well."
Mr Goonan and his wife, Tara, brought their children Emma, 3, and Joshua, 5 for the day.
The next Music in the Gardens will be held on November 15 with the Evergreen Ensemble to play live.
