From linen services to ICU staff, every aspect of the way Albury Wodonga Health operates has been drastically changed to protect staff and the community.
New processes have been adopted and changed.
Staff have moved from wards to the COVID drive-through where they stand exposed not only to potential coronavirus but to the bare elements.
Donned in PPE they stand for hours in the freezing cold. On hot days they swelter.
Emergency room staff have completely revamped their processes.
It's been exhausting. Every ward, every kitchen, every cleaner and every executive has worked tirelessly to maintain standards.
