Ahead of the charity's fundraiser on Monday, Albury branch volunteers took to Dean Street to sell their creations.
Dog-friendly pup-cakes topped wish mashed potato icing were a hit with families out walking early.
Soon after midday 210 cupcakes had been sold, raising more than $600.
Branch vice-president Lauren Black said it was a staple on the fundraising calendar.
"Million Paws Walk is our biggest fundraiser, and this year we had to do it online because of COVID," she said.
"This event is usually in August, but it was moved to October so that we could actually do it under restrictions.
"This year, we've been doing a lot more events spread out."

Ms Black encouraged people to get involved on Monday and sell their own cupcakes to support the charity.
"The idea is individuals do their own cupcake sales and they can direct the funds to RSPCA or to our branch directly," she said.
