Adam and Lindy St John have been gearing up for their Grand Final grand opening and the response did not disappoint.
"We had five or six waiting for us to open at 10am - they had big smiles on their faces," Mr St John said.
"We had about 30 people through for lunch and we're expecting 70 or 80 for dinner.
"People are rapt to have it open, they've loving the renos and the clean-up - we've had some nice comments."
The Hotel and patio area were fully booked in advance with the couple making sure to cater for the AFL Grand Final.
Zac and Eliza Spalding entertained the punters.

"We've just gone and bought ourselves three brand new screens for the beer garden and we've had great live music," Mr St John said.
"Everything's run smoothly and we've served our first parmis.
"We've bought a few pizza ovens to add to the pub grub."
After three attempts to secure a border crossing exemption from NSW Health and two weeks in self-isolation, the new owners of the 113-year-old pub were glad to welcome customers.
They look to open the doors for lunch and dinners Tuesday to Sunday.
