Although the association has been running a successful Net Set Go program, it hopes to provide opportunities for 11, 13, 15 and 17 and under players.
Numbers started to dwindle about five years ago.
"There is definitely enough girls out there but we need volunteer support," Corowa-Rutherglen head coach and association spokesperson Georgie Bruce said.
"A six-week free clinic was held recently in the district and over 70 girls took part.
"What we need is parents and volunteers to come forward and help get this off the ground because I think it will be fantastic for the entire district."
The association plans to train on Wednesday nights and field representative sides in tournaments on Sundays.
It would also play matches on Monday nights.
"Everyone is a winner here because the girls are getting more netball and court time and access to different coaching," Bruce said.
"It won't interfere with Saturday netball and other club commitments.
"We need people to come to the AGM."
If successful, trials could start within weeks.
Lauren Connell and Tracey Bush were running the Net Set Go program until coronavirus restrictions shut down all competition at the start of the year.
The forum will be held on Wednesday at John Foord Oval at 6pm.
