Griffith gun Theo Valeri is, at last, clear to play after rain and COVID-19 restrictions forced him to wait until round five.
Valeri lives outside the Border 'bubble', so he wasn't allowed to play in Victoria in the opening rounds.
His first game was therefore to be the Bulldogs' round three clash away to East Albury, but the match was washed out.
The all-rounder will bat in the top six and potentially bowl second change.
"We knew what we were getting after he played for Riverina last season and against the Border Bullets (with Murrumbidgee Rangers), we thought he would almost take Jack's (Jack Craig) role," captain Tom Johnson said.

Craig has won CAW's Cricketer of the Year award the last two seasons, but has joined Victorian Premier League outfit Melbourne.
Belvoir co-coach Drew Cameron has said publicly Valeri hits the ball as cleanly as any player in the Riverina.
