The Bridge Road Brewers Beer Deluxe Sunshine XPA is available both in kegs and packaged bottles this year, with the team aiming to beat their $4000 fundraising total from 2019.
Beer Deluxe venue manager Bart Furst said customers have been asking about the Sunshine beer since last year's event.
"It really just launched and took off last year so we are really happy to have it back," he told The Border Mail.
"Last year it was spread around our Beer Deluxe venues as a whole but this year, because of COVID, we wanted to keep it local and spread it more widely in our community.
"So there are local venues around town who are stocking it as well and it is just designed to give back to local community.

"There will be $2 donated per litre for each keg and $1 per stubbie to the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund."
Mr Furst said while Beer Deluxe is getting behind the Sunshine Walk with the beer, there is also a personal reason for himself and his staff.
"My mum has bone cancer and a lot of staff have been touched by cancer, and this is just a little thing we can do," he said.
"The virtual event this year actually suits us so much better.
"Last year we finished at 5am and were up and ready to walk at 7am, so I am sure our staff will enjoy the sleep-in this year and we can start a bit later."
The beer is available at Beer Deluxe Albury, Bridge Road Brewers Beechworth, East Albury IGA, SS&A Club Albury, The Woolhouse Albury and Miss Amelie.
"To have a beer in the stubbie is pretty cool," Mr Furst said
"We are thrilled with how they turned out and Bridge Road have just been amazing.
"It is a super easy approachable beer, it is an experimental pale and it has that hint of sweetness which makes it a really great beer for everyone."
The Beechworth brewers made 2500 litres of the Sunshine beer which is mixed with hibiscus to turn it a hue of pink.
The Sunshine Walk is held on November 22.
