Despite suffering the injury in late February, Hollands remains hot property and has been rated in the 'Big Five' with Jamarra Ugle-Hagan, Logan McDonald, Riley Thilthorpe and Denver Grainger-Barras.
"In my case, it's just about showing commitment to my rehab," the young midfielder told SEN on Monday.
"If I'm able to show that hopefully there isn't any worry from clubs as they can see if something else gets thrown my way I can deal with it pretty professionally."
Hollands rocketed into prominence with a brilliant performance during an under-17 futures game on AFL grand final day at MCG last year.
He believes his knee is getting stronger each week.
"I'm about eight months into the rehab process now," he said.
"I'm doing three running sessions a week and pretty much everything in the gym
"In terms of running, I'm just about to hit the top speed in the straight line running."
The 189-centimetre Hollands has spoken to most AFL clubs in the lead-up to the draft with several pundits rating him as the best midfielder in the pool.
The draft will be held on December 9.
The Murray Bushrangers have several draft candidates with Albury's Charlie Byrne and Myrtleford's Dom Bedendo invited to recent combines.
Both players performed well in testing.
Shepparton youngster Zavier Maher also took part.
