A dominant final rubber by Joel Cook and Kieran Flanigan saw Swans home by just two games, while Emma Dellbridge also contributed.
Still in section four and Ella McDonell was superb in St Patricks-Diggerville Yellow's four sets to two defeat of SPD Gold with Charmaine Mutape and Ruby Hilton also playing a role, while Blake O'Connor was in good touch.
Three sets from Tyson Tobin saw Thurgoona Panthers beat Forrest Hill Lions as Taj Lieschke played well for the latter.
SPD Purple toppled Albury Eagles, with Roley Sanson and Sofia Oliver in fine form, while Ben van der Veeke was the Eagles' best.
And Wodonga Bears coasted to victory over Albury Hawks.
In section one men, a strong team effort by Brock Dixon and Lachy Graetz proved critical in Uiver Park's four-game account of Forrest Hill Cats, where Rodney Wurtz was unbeaten for his side.
Richard Girvan was the standout in Wodonga Bulldogs' hard-fought salute over Forrest Hill Eagles.
Matthew Paul and Travis Leenaerts gave excellent service, with Daniel Sutton and Ben Tari each claiming two sets.
Elsewhere, SPD Hilfiger defeated Wangaratta Thunder
In the ladies top division, an unbeaten Sandra Allen steered Wodonga Larrikins to victory over club-mates Aces, where Sienna Plested was the latter's pick.
Thurgoona Jade's Jackie Rooke and Paige Lieschke impressed in the win against SPD Pink with Taf Mutape and Abby Paton claiming a set for Pink. Forrest Hill defeated Wodonga Diamonds.
Wodonga Bushrangers finished ahead against Forrest Hill Black in the pick of section two men.
Andrew Lyell starred, with support from Terry McLean, while Grant Sawyer was unbeaten for Black.
Top play from Graham Wurtz and Hayden McIntosh ensured victory for Forrest Hill Galahs over Jack Penny's Albury Gold.
Sacred Heart, with Travis Porter contributing, defeated Thurgoona Sharks with Josh Bear snaring his singles.
In section three, Albury Gold, Eagles, Tigers and Glenly Gold all won.
Evie Case and Freya Gniel played well in Albury Magpies' win in section five against Albury Cougars, where Zoe Smith impressed.
Albury Vipers and SPD Black dominated Forrest Hill Swans and Purple respectively, while Forrest Hill Rosellas defeated SPD Blue.
