The brothers picked up five wickets between them with Ryan nabbing 2-22 after opening the bowling, while Nathan ripped through the tail with 3-15 to bowl out their opponents for 132 in the 41st over.
Wodonga recruit Theo Valeri (2-23) and Belvoir's Zac Simmonds (2-15) also picked up multiple wickets.
The Riverina run chase got off to a shaky start with Lavington's Matt Sharp dismissed for four.

However, Nathan Brown got them back on track with a quickfire 27 off 34, and, despite a late stumble, the side got home by two wickets with 15.4 overs to spare.
Coach Trent Ball felt his side was always ahead.
"We were losing wickets, but we were being positive, so it probably looked a bit tighter than it was in the end," Ball said.
"Nathan was excellent. He bowled really well and he and Benny Mitchell (22 of 20) batted really well and played a couple of big shots.
"We didn't drop a catch and our bowling was excellent, so that's going to be our strength."
Riverina take on Western at Goulburn on Saturday and meet Greater Illawarra on Sunday.
