Emergency services were called to the incident on Forest Drive about 3.30am on Friday.
Nobody was with the vehicle when firefighters arrived at the scene, with the matter being investigated by police.
NSW Fire and Rescue Inspector Frank Finlay said four firefighters were on scene for about 30 minutes.
"The four-wheel-drive was totally destroyed by fire," he said.
"Firefighters left it with the police for investigation."

Emergency services were also called to a three-car crash on North Street about 11am on Friday, with two of the vehicles left wedged together.
One of the drivers was treated by paramedics at the scene but wasn't seriously injured.
