With Daniel McCarthy set to play his first match of the season following a knee injury, the Hoppers will be at virtual full strength with the exception of Mitch Bowdren.
They also have plenty of confidence after defeating Rand and Walbundrie in the past fortnight.
"We have been going along alright, particularly our bowling," Simmons said.
"There is good depth in our attack now.
"In saying that though, we always have tough matches against Osborne and they are one of the teams to beat again this year.

Walla will look to Mark Taylor, Joel Merkel, Simmons and the McCarthys to pick up wickets with Osborne pair Ed Perryman and Darren Howard shaping as the biggest threats.
