Maksymow, who appeared in Albury Local Court on Tuesday, has pleaded not guilty to three charges laid by police.
It's alleged he menaced his former partner in his utility, wrenched a door handle off the woman's car, and stalked or intimidated her.
The incidents allegedly took place in Springdale Heights and Lavington in late October before his arrest earlier this month.

Maksymow had handed himself into police after learning there was a warrant out for his arrest.
The court heard a two-hour hearing would be held on April 15 to determine the allegations against the 28-year-old.
It's unclear how many witnesses would give evidence during the hearing.
Maksymow, who did not speak during Tuesday's matter, had his bail extended by magistrate Miranda Moody.
Police will serve a brief of evidence, outlining the case against him, by December 22.
