Jones, 21, played one game for the Hawks in round five this year against GWS after being taken with pick seven in the 2017 rookie draft.
Walker, 20, was selected with pick 63 in the 2018 national draft and didn't play a senior match as injuries cruelled his 2020 season.

Hawthorn's Chief of Football Graham Wright thanked Jones and Walker for their contribution to the club.
"Both Harry and Mat are great characters, and we are grateful for the commitment and contribution they have made to the Hawks," Wright said.
"On behalf of the club, I would like to extend our thanks to both boys and wish them all the best for the next stage of their lives."
It remains unclear if former Albury junior Jacob Koschitzke will retain his spot on the Hawks' list.
