Department of Health and Human Services data showed there were no active coronavirus cases in the state on Thursday.
There were 12,862 people who were tested for the virus on Wednesday.
It came after Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced Victorians would be allowed to enter the state from December 1.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The borders have been closed to all of Victoria since the start of July.
NSW and the ACT reopened its borders to Victorians earlier this week, while Tasmanian Premier Peter Gutwein indicated his state's borders would reopen to Victorians from November 27.
South Australia was also set to open its borders to Victorians from December 1.
The West Australian government was yet to set a reopening date.
