The Cancer Council fundraiser collected a preliminary total of $125,000 on the weekend, which western NSW community relations co-ordinator Brianna Carracher described as "incredible" given the COVID-19 restrictions.
"This year we didn't really want to focus on fundraising, for us it was more about that community connection," she said.
"It was actually a lot of fun.
"It was really awesome to see the uniqueness of every team and what they had set up."

Ms Carracher said livestreaming and online engagement would also be part of the next relay on October 23 and 24, 2021.
"But we hope that we'll be able to get together as teams in October 2021 and celebrate extra hard, making up for 2020 as well," she said.
