In a fixture unveiled by league officials, the Bulldogs will unfurl their 2019 premiership flag on March 27 under the coaching of Kade Brown and Dan Cleary.
The reigning premier will have a vastly different list with many premiership players retiring or moving to the Hume league.
Beechworth take on Wodonga Saints in round one but the clash will be moved to the inter-league bye on May 22 if the Bushrangers make the Wangaratta Cricket Association grand final.

The Hawks will play a second twilight match against Mitta United in round nine.
