Scott combined with jockey Blaike McDougall to claim three of the five races on their home track.
The pair boast a lethal strike rate when they join forces with 12 wins from 28 starters this season.
They started the meeting on a high after Steparound Gal broke through for the first win of her career in the $8000 Maiden Plate, (900m).
Heavily supported to start the $1.60-favourite, favourite backers had little cause for concern as Steparound Gal cruised to a 1.5-length victory first-up from a spell.
Scott said she has had to take a patient approach with the four-year-old daughter of Sidestep who was having her sixth career start.
"She has got a stack of ability but it's taken a while for the penny to drop," Scott said.
"Her galloping action is not the greatest but I feel there are bigger wins in store if she can get her act together.
"Hopefully she gains a bit of confidence from the win and can go on to win better races."
Scott and McDougall made it a double after Mulofdubai also broke through for the first win of his career in the $8000 Class One and Maiden Plate, (1600m).

Starting a $2.30-favourite, Mulofdubai improved sharply after three previous unplaced efforts.
"He is not blessed with a stack of ability but he tries his heart out," she said.
"I think he has the ability to run further than a mile.
"The owners have had to be patient but I think he will be even better suited when he gets out over more ground.
"It was a good effort to win considering he was eligible for a maiden and there were a few Class One horses in the race."
Scott claimed her first treble after Gottaluvtrucks made a winning debut for the stable in the $8000 Benchmark 58 Hcp, (1400m).
The $2.10-favourite was formerly trained by Norm Loy and overcome the widest barrier and the impost of 64kg to score.
Scott said she was pleasantly surprised to see Gottaluvtrucks salute first-up from a break after failing to run a place in four starts last preparation.
"The owners sent him to me for a change of scenery and Normie said he couldn't get the horse going," Scott said.
"Normie was happy for me to take the horse on and see what I could do with him.
"He carried plenty of weight but he is another horse that I think will only benefit once he gets out over more ground."
Scott is enjoying her best ever start to a season and has 16 winners to lead the SDRA and Albury trainer's premiership.
She has expanded her stable this season and has 20 runners in work.
