The CFA issued an all clear message at 1.08pm to replace the advice message issued at 11:06am on Monday morning.
"People located within the area are now able to resume normal activities," the CFA said.
EARLIER: Emergency services are responding to a building fire at Osbornes Flat on Monday morning.
Fire Rescue Victoria issued an advice message for Allans Flat, Leneva West, Osbornes Flat, Staghorn Flat, Yackandandah, Indigo Valley, Leneva and Wooragee about the incident on Osbornes Flat Road.
"The fire is not yet under control," the agency said at 9.47am.
"Smoke will be visible from nearby roads and communities.
"There is currently no threat to the community, but you should continue to stay informed and monitor conditions."
At 11.06am, the advice message was reissued, with Country Fire Authority named as the lead agency.
About a dozen vehicles responded to the call-out.
People were asked to keep the roads clear for emergency vehicles and warned traffic in the area might be affected.
