The Khancoban Kitchen offers products such as Upper Murray Curry, Bogong Butter Chicken, Jindy Vindy, Tooma Tikka Masala and Bringenbrong Burgers.
The Khancoban Kitchen founder Shelley Neale said she launched the venture during November.
"There is a story behind each product," she said.
"For example the Major Clews Fried Chicken spice blend is associated with Major Clews, who was a surveyor for the Snowy Mountains Authority."
IN OTHER NEWS:
Having moved to the Snowy Valleys with her husband two years ago, Ms Neale said the concept had been in the pipeline since mid-year when her travel industry job was impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
Always a keen cook, she often struggled to find all of the spices needed for recipes.
"I thought other people must be having the same problem," Ms Neale said.
"I use pure natural spices and no preservatives."
Ms Neale said all of the packaging was ecologically-sustainable.
"You can chuck the spice blend packaging straight into the worm farm once it's finished," she said.
The products are available online, Pickled Parrot Provedore (Khancoban) and Jack's Store (Corryong).
