Emergency services were called to Kemp Street about 1.45am on Friday.
Police have been told a group were inside a unit when another group walked past.
A fight broke out.
A 17-year-old boy received a leg injuries, a 17-year-old girl and 22-year-old sustained head injuries, and a 20-year-old woman received a cut hand.
All were taken to Albury hospital for treatment.

Police spent hours at the scene on Friday morning.
Forensic officers examined the area and dusted for fingerprints.
Kemp Street was closed to traffic at Kaitlers Road as the crime scene was processed.
A police spokesman urged witnesses to come forward.
"Officers from Murray River Police District established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident," the spokesman said.
"As inquiries continue, police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward."
Large bloodstains were visible outside a home.
The occupants said they didn't want to talk about what had occurred.
Broken bottles could also be seen in the area, while two panels of a steel fence appeared to have been caved in.
Police canvased the area in search of witness or those with information.
