A trio of Cricket Australia's heaviest hitters are in Corowa's corner.
Corowa president Paul Lavis had a chance meeting with Test captain Tim Paine and gun batsmen Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne at a cricket equipment business in Melbourne last week and asked the trio to put a shout-out to the club.
In a short video the club scheduled on its Facebook site, Paine looks to the camera and says: "Good luck to everyone at Corowa Cricket Club this year, Marnus, Steve are barracking for you all", before Labuschagne gives the thumps up.
Lavis was buying a new cricket bat for his son Patrick.
"They came across and had a yarn," Lavis said.

"Paine gave Smith a bit of stick, saying, 'he didn't buy the young bloke a new Balance (brand bat) (laughs)?, Steve, you could have bought him one'.
"They were good, they were like little kids in Greg Chappell (Cricket Centre), it was amazing, off in their own little world, cricket nuffies."
