A Lavington provisional driver detected driving 66km/h over her allowed speed has been fined and lost her licence.

Police said the woman, 24, was caught about 1.30pm on Saturday allegedly driving at 156km/h on the Hume Highway at Holbrook.
The P1 driver, restricted to a maximum of 90km/h, received a $2520 fine and 12 demerit points.
"Her drivers' licence was suspended for six months and the registration plates were seized for three months," police said.
NSW Police's Christmas-New Year traffic operation began on Christmas Eve and ended on Sunday, January 3.
Double-demerit points were in force throughout the period for speeding, seat belt, mobile phone and motorcycle helmet offences.

NSW Police officers also targeted other high-risk driver behaviour, including the four Ds; drink, drug, dangerous and distracted driving.
On Sunday police said 8610 speeding fines and 7944 infringement notices had been issued for other driving offences.
Throughout the state officers conducted 187,612 breath tests, resulting in 521 prescribed concentration of alcohol charges.
There had been 655 major crashed and four fatalities.
