A lawyer acting for a Lavington woman in custody over a break-in wants her sentenced as soon as possible because she is pregnant.

That came after defence solicitor Mark Cronin entered a guilty plea on the woman's behalf this week.
Jodie Eileen Schilg is in jail, bail refused, over the break-in that was committed, Albury Local Court has heard, because she wanted to reclaim some of her belongings from the victim.

The 34-year-old was with a man who forced open a window at the West Albury house on July 30, 2020.
Once inside, the man opened the front door for Schilg.
Soon after police saw the pair in a nearby West Albury street.
They were arrested by other officers a few minutes later without incident.
Schilg pleaded guilty to a single charge of aggravated break and enter.
"I indicate that Miss Schilg is pregnant and I'm looking to finalise the matter within the next week," Mr Cronin said.
The court was told Schilg had an "extensive" criminal history and was already serving an intensive corrections order at the time of the offending, just months after being released from custody.
The victim, police said, lived alone in her Myrtle Street home.
She was at the house when Schilg and the man arrived about 3pm.
But the victim had to leave to attend to a matter in Albury court, so she ushered the duo out of the house then locked the front door behind her.
Twenty minutes later someone saw Schilg and the man at the front window of the house.
He was "banging and rattling" the window "while yelling obscenities".
The pair were later seen leaving via the front door.
Schilg carried two bags, while the man had a football that he kicked into a neighbouring yard.
A search of the bags at Albury police station uncovered several items belonging to the victim, including pliers, a credit card and two Buddhist statues.
Schilg will be sentenced on February 23.
