A drink driver will face Wodonga court after allegedly blowing more than four-and-a-half times the legal limit after a crash.

The victim struck by the Wodonga man remains without a car more than a week after the incident and has been left frustrated by the ordeal.
Her Holden Astra was rear-ended at high speed on the Hume Highway in Albury, near the Victorian checkpoint, about 8.15pm on Saturday.
The impact forced the car off the road and into a ditch.
A seven-year-old in the front seat hit her head during the incident but wasn't badly injured.
The 36-year-old Nissan Navara driver didn't stop at the scene and reportedly sped through the border checkpoint on the Bandiana Link.
He was caught by officers at the White Box Rise car park and returned a reading of 0.227, leading his licence being immediately suspended.

The victim said she had been going camping at the time and has is now frustrated at the insurance process and getting information.
The Wodonga woman said it had been a frightening ordeal.
"When the car stopped, I thought to myself, "I've got to get out of here, I can smell fuel'," she said.
"I was just dumbfounded.
"I didn't know what to do next.
"I've never been in a situation like that."
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said the man would be charged on summons with drink driving.
A NSW Police spokeswoman said the matter was still under investigation.
