Veteran Bob Jackson struck 87 in Wodonga's 6-238 and then in-form East Albury teen Coby Fitzsimmons compiled 80 as the Crows finished just short at 8-230.
There's 28 years difference, but the pair will have a major say in whether their teams win the grand final.
