One Wangaratta hotel has had 50 customers book with the intention of using regional travel vouchers, which have again been snapped up online.

Tourism Minister Martin Pakula and Premier Daniel Andrews announced $28 million for 120,000 vouchers in the King Valley in November.
Significant interest in the first round released on December 11 caused the Service Victoria website to crash.
The second batch of 40,000 vouchers made available on Wednesday were gone within 20 minutes.
Complete data on the scheme's impact won't be known for some time, as voucher holders are reimbursed $200 by the state government after a $400 spend on accommodation, experiences or tours.
However, the High Country was among popular locations in the first 70,000 vouchers issued for festive season travel.
Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway general manager Wendy Lester estimated 50 customers had referenced the scheme.
"We definitely had people staying with us due to the vouchers with the first round," she said.
"I know we had a lot of people that missed out, and we're expecting that bookings will to stay strong.
"There's been varied interests, not just people going to wineries, but they have been driving to Bright, Beechworth or Glenrowan, and doing a bit of cycling."
North East Vineyard Tours has had three separate customers explicitly reference the vouchers.
CyclePath Bright company director Brendon Dean said he had his first customer linked to the scheme on Wednesday.
"She happened to mention when she came in that she got one during the first round, and was doing a bike hire," he said.
"I'm suspecting there's a few others that have come in, that may not have mentioned it.
"It's all helping to contribute to the recovery."
Mr Dean said things were looking positive for Bright tourism after a tough 2020.
"We certainly noticed a big increase in the amount of people around in December," he said.
"Obviously people, not being able to go overseas, are still wanting to go somewhere.
"My feeling is it's going to be quite busy; I have heard there's a lot of bookings throughout February.

Round one voucher holders could redeem costs related to travel from December 12, up until the end of today.
A further round of 40,000 vouchers will become available on March 30.
