Eskdale stunned the Power and kept its season alive with a thrilling three-wicket win.
The home team compiled an extremely strong total of 9-184 with Ashan Ranaweera blasting 61 from only 55 deliveries, including eight boundaries and a six.
Opening bowlers Jamie Baude and Haydon Wilson claimed three scalps apiece.
Eskdale's Jye Hodgkin (52) was terrific at the top of the order and while crafty spinner Ranaweera (2-29) did his best to restrict the underdogs, David Holliday (six not out) and Jesse Kennet (three not out) held their nerve to put on the five needed for victory with only seven balls left.
Yackandandah now has top spot after a 27-run win over bottom Bethanga.

Dederang's Bailey Williamson made 48 in the 163, with Caleb Boxall snaring 4-17.
Brookes, who turned 13 last Thursday, hit a superb 46 in his debut, combining in a 107-run stand with Chris Hartshorn.
