A man is facing serious driving charges following a crash which left a passenger in a critical condition.

Corey Hastings, 27, has been charged with offences including dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
It's alleged he crashed a Nissan Tiida at Henty on Saturday night, with a 22-year-old passenger still in a critical condition in Melbourne.
Hastings appeared before court in a hospital bedside hearing on Wednesday.
He was granted conditional bail to an Albury home by magistrate Chris Halburd.
The 27-year-old is banned from getting behind the wheel while on bail and must adhere to a curfew.

Police will also be able to test him for drugs and alcohol, which he is banned from taking, up to three times per week.
The critically injured front seat passenger, 22, had to be freed from the damaged vehicle on the Olympic Highway by members of the public before being airlifted to hospital, where he remains in an unstable critical condition.
Hastings also remains in hospital with less severe injuries, while another passenger, 21, has been released after receiving treatment.
The incident occurred near Railway Parade about 10.40pm and police have appealed for witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage, to come forward as part of the investigation.
Hastings was charged by specialist crash investigators with four offences at his hospital bedside in Wagga on Tuesday.
Other charges include driving recklessly and using a light vehicle not complying with tyre standards.
The case will return to court in Wagga on February 17.
