The Kiwi import was narrowly beaten when making his Australian debut at Wagga last month.
Beer expects Swagger to take a power of beating in the $22,000 Class One Handicap, (1400m).

Jockey Jordan Mallyon will once again partner the five-year-old gelding.
"I thought Swagger was fairly unlucky not to win in his first start for the stable," Beer said.
"He got a long way back after drawing bad on a day where it was tough for backmarkers to make ground.
"So he did a terrific job to get within a neck of the winner.
"I'm pretty excited about his prospects at Albury without getting too carried away.
"But he is the sort of horse who I expect to go through his grades.
"It was an impressive debut as I could have hoped for without winning."
