He told the fellow caravan park resident "F ... off, I have a gun" during a dispute and threatened to shoot him.
Police arrested him following the January 9 incident and he was bailed a few days later.
But officers recently learned he wasn't staying at the home he was bailed to.
He was due to live at a Klose Street unit in Lavington.
Checks conducted by police last Thursday revealed he hadn't been staying there.
Despite reporting to police daily, the 32-year-old never mentioned the change of address.
He had to report any changes within 24 hours as part of his bail conditions.
When he attended the Albury Police Station on Friday to report for bail, police informed him he was under arrest, but his problems didn't end there.

"When he was informed he would be searched he told police he had a knife in the waistband on his pants," police told Albury court this week.
"He removed a folding pocket knife from his waistband and placed it onto the counter."
The knife was seized and Schwarz-Muse was charged with having a knife in a public place.
He was again taken into custody.
Magistrate Richard Funston again released the 32-year-old on bail on Monday and said he still needed to report to police daily.
He warned against committing any further offences on bail, with the matters to return on February 23.
