The midfielder has averaged 27.5 disposals and booted the first goal of her career last weekend against Adelaide, but it hasn't come with team success.
Heavy defeats to Fremantle and Adelaide have the Giants on the back foot, but Parker is confident they can respond against Gold Coast in front of a home crowd at Blacktown on Saturday.

"It's been a disappointing start to the season collectively and not the way we want to start off any season, but personally it has been good to start the season off playing some good football and football I started to play consistently last year," Parker said.
"While it's good to get some good results personally, I'd love to be winning some more games and really getting what this team deserves, which is success and more goals on the board.
"There's two things that are abundantly clear, one is this league has some quality sides in Adelaide and Fremantle, but the other side is we have a long way to go in certain areas.
"The review this week we obviously looked at some harsh realities and it starts with fundamental skill decisions and we saw across the board there were things we didn't do really well.
"One thing this team and club does really well is we face what we need to and have those tough conversations in order for us to improve."
The Giants made the sudden move to Albury on January 1 and spent two weeks training on the Border in the wake of a COVID-19 outbreak in Sydney.
