The Upper Murray man, aged in his 40s, lost control of his bike about 10.40am on Sunday.
He had exited the Hume Freeway off-ramp to the Bandiana Link and hit railing, leaving him unconscious with a suspected broken leg, fractured hand, and head and neck injuries.
IN OTHER NEWS:
He was taken to Albury Base Hospital in a stable condition, with the injuries not life threatening.
Traffic was diverted for about an area as the scene was cleared.
