Staff at La Maison and Victor Supper Club had their weekend plans skidded by Friday's changes.
But Mercure Albury general manager Meggan Gardner opened the Olive Street hotel to chefs from the businesses so they could continue to work.
"We're not open on Sundays so I wanted to offer it to someone that could use it," she said.
"We just wanted to do something nice for our poor Border colleagues and friends who are getting really hurt down there.
"They had to cancel so many reservations over the weekend with the closure, as had so many other restaurants."
