Regional Victorians will be able to once again travel to Tasmania, ACT and South Australia from today, as states ease border restrictions after the 'short, sharp' five day lockdown.

The Northern Territory government is yet to announce any change to its border closure while Queensland will continue to allow regional Victorians to visit, while excluding people from Greater Melbourne until at least February 27.
From Saturday Western Australia will once again allow Victorians into the state, but visitors will have to undergo 14 days of self-quarantine.
NSW was the only state not close its border to Victoria when the lockdown was announced, though people from outside the border bubble require a permit to enter the state.
On Friday, the Victorian government revealed three new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 had been recorded linked to the Holiday Inn outbreak.
The infected residents, two parents and a child, had been quarantining at home.

South Australian Premier Steven Marshall said regional Victorians can return to the state but people from Greater Melbourne will need to wait until the city has recorded 14 days without community transmission.
"We still have a long way to go until then and we need to make sure that we continue to get good results out of Victoria," he said.
Travel restrictions between the ACT and Victoria have also been removed, with regional Victorians welcomed back into the territory as long as they haven't been to a hotspot.
On Friday, Tasmanian Premier Peter Gutwein announced Victoria would be designated a low-risk zone from midnight and Victorians will be able to travel to the island state without quarantining unless they have been to a hotspot.
All Victorian hostpots are in greater Melbourne.
The change will also allow hundreds of travellers who arrived in Tasmania from Victoria to leave quarantine.
The Northern Territory government has not announced when it would ease restrictions implemented in light of the five-day lockdown, which banned all Victorians from the state.
On Wednesday, Western Australian Premier Mark McGowan said the states hard border with Victoria would be repealed from midnight Friday.
Residents still need to self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.
"People in Victoria have endured a lot over the past year and our thoughts are with them as they continue to take a careful approach with their restrictions but it is pleasing they have managed to get on top of their situation quickly," Mr McGowan said.
