Dabernig alongside Border jockey Blaike McDougall will speak at the club's business and barrels luncheon at the Commercial Club.
Lindsay Park is no stranger to Albury Gold Cup success after having previously taken out the feature with Growl (2010) and Extra Zero (2012).
ARC chief executive officer Steve Hetherton said the club was grateful that the pair could take time out of their busy schedules to attend the popular function.
"We are fortunate to be able to secure Tom as a guest speaker with both the Melbourne and Sydney autumn carnivals in full swing," Hetherton said.
"Blaike has also been good enough to give us some of his time despite being one of the most in demand jockeys in country NSW.
"Tom has an interesting story to tell being the grandson of legendary trainer Colin Hayes and his rise to becoming co-trainer of one of the nation's biggest stables.
"Blaike has also taken his career to another level since relocating to the Border and is enjoying his best season to be leading the NSW Country jockey premiership."

Hetherton said ticket sales for the Albury Gold Cup on March 19 have been solid.
This year the crowd has been capped to 9800 patrons.
"Things are progressing well and we are remaining positive that we don't have any bad luck for a third year in-a-row," he said.
No tickets will be available at the gate and must be pre-purchased.
