Wagga will serve as vaccine hub to supply 30 'spoke' locations, including Henty, Culcairn and Holbrook, where frontline workers and eventually residents will be able to get vaccinations from March 15.
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian announced on Saturday Wagga Base Hospital will be one of five "major vaccination hubs" that will serve 99 "regional satellite sites".

The Premier's statement said the vaccination hubs and satellite sites will initially focus on frontline healthcare and border workers, and will eventually be followed by a wider rollout of the vaccine to the general public through the GP network.
The Wagga hub's 'satellite sites' include Batlow-Adelong Multipurpose Service, Cootamundra, Culcairn, Griffith,, Hay, Henty, Hillston, Holbrook, Junee MPS, Leeton, Lockhart MPS, Narrandera, Tumbarumba MPS, Tumut and Urana MPS.
