The draw for the knockout event was held on Thursday night with seven men's and four women's ties confirmed.
In other men's games, Albury United hosts Wodonga Diamonds, Boomers take on Twin City, Cobram travels to face Albury Hotspurs 2, Albury Hotspurs clash with Melrose, Albury City awaits St Pats, while Wodonga Diamonds 2 square off with Wodonga Heart.
St Pats 2 received a bye.

Reigning women's cup champions Wangaratta were drawn away to Twin City, Wodonga Diamonds play league champions St Pats, Albury United welcomes Cobram, while Boomers have a date with Albury Hotspurs.
Matches will be played on Wednesday nights from March 17, starting with Albury United and Wodonga Diamonds' men and Wodonga Diamonds and St Pats' women at Melrose Park.
