The club hasn't lost since the turn of the new year and takes on Brock-Burrum in the semi-finals on Saturday to book their place in the decider.
Osborne snapped a 32-year premiership drought when it won the final season of the Holbrook and District competition in 2017-18, before its merger with Brocklesby and District to form CAW Hume later that year.
Rand has had a stranglehold on the Hume competition, having won the first two flags to go with the last six in the Brocklesby league, but Osborne downed the Pigeons last weekend to ensure there will be a new premier.
Brock-Burrum and Osborne split their two meetings this season, with Osborne on top by 19 runs in the most recent encounter three weeks ago.
Osborne stalwart Darren Howard knows it won't be easy, with Brock-Burrum eager to avenge last week's loss to Henty.
"They're a good side with the likes of Darcy and Trent I'Anson and Eddy Ziebarth, so they've definitely got some danger men in the their team," Howard said.
"We need to keep doing what we've been doing the last month which is bowl and field well and we've just got to hold those catches.
"It's pretty important in finals, if they give you a chance you've got to take them."

Howard said any team in the top six could have won the flag this season given how tight it has been.
"There's no favourites and anyone on their day can get up and win and move onto the grand final," he said.
"We went into the Christmas break a bit behind the eight ball with washouts and we lost one game, but since then it's been excellent.
"It's a very young side with seven or eight of the team under 19 years of age, so it's really great.
"They're a good group of kids and there's a fair bit of talent there, so hopefully that will hold us in good stead."
Joe Perryman and Nick Madden will further strengthen the Osborne side as they return from football duties with the GWS Giants academy.
Walla hosts Henty in the other semi-final where it will look to reach its second successive grand final.
