North Albury's No. 11 Jake Burge hit a boundary from the second-last ball to break Albury's hearts in Saturday's preliminary final.
The roar from Bunton Park could be heard hundreds of metres away as the Hoppers celebrated yet another famous finals win.
Chasing Albury's 168, Burge and Brendan Simmons needed four runs from the final over for victory.
Burge didn't score from Jake Hindmarsh's first three deliveries.
"'Simmo' told me to pull it in a little bit, just make sure you get ball on ball," Burge revealed.
