The 32-lot subdivision, which has Albury Council development consent, was passed in for $1.3 million at the auction conducted by agents L.J. Colquhoun-Dixon.
The original subdivision developed by Peter Bowen Homes comprised 272 lots.

The Mitchell Park estate was initially developed in the early 2000s and will soon have access into the Albury CBD via the upgraded Davey Road interchange on the Hume Freeway.
