Hove, who is stranded in Australia due to coronavirus, finished fourth in the Wangaratta Gift in January and took out the 400-metres at Parkdale and Castlemaine.
He will also run in the 400m open.
Hayden Wyllie (70m open, 400m open), Carrick Gill-Vallance (300m master, 400m open), Daniel Steinhauser (70m, 100m masters, 400m open), Mitch Palmer (400m open, 550m open), Brady Lehmann (200m open, 400m open), Ben Hugall (100m novice, 400m open) and Adrian Fury (300m masters) have also entered.
Palmer won the recent Docklands 400m and has been a finalist in several other 400m races this season including Ballarat and Ringwood.
Wyllie is in his comeback season after performing well in 2018.
