Two people are believed to have forced entry into the home on Oura Road at Eunonyhareenyha just after 11am on Sunday.
One of the home's residents Max Pollard told The Daily Advertiser he and his family were away at the time, with the thieves coming back for a second load about half an hour after the first break in.
"They ended up taking five firearms, a fair bit of jewellery, cash, two bottles of alcohol, a bag and a few wallets," he said.
"We're just waiting for forensics to look over it all now and hope we get some answers."
