Vitasoy and Wodonga Rendering have received $25,000 and Vitasoy has been granted $15,000 from the government's energy efficient communities program.
"For businesses across Wodonga energy costs make up a large part of their operating expenses," Victorian Senator Jane Hume said.
"Supporting industry to reinvest in their businesses, grow, thrive, and employ more locals has never been more important as we emerge from the COVID-19 recession."
"While others talk about plans for lowering emissions or supporting local businesses, it is only the Morrison government that gets on and delivers for Wodonga".

Vitasoy will use its cash to purchase an economiser on its its main boiler, Wodonga Rendering will upgrade one of its six steam boilers and Bradken will engage will engage specialist energy consultants to conduct a study targeting energy efficiency opportunities at its foundry.
