He will face court at a later date.

EARLIER: Wangaratta residents have woken to find dozens of tyres slashed on vehicles.
Police are investigating the overnight incident, which targeted about 20 vehicles.
Vehicles around Murdoch Road, Ryley Street, Harper Street and Meldrum Street had their tyres slashed sometime on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
The damage was discovered by the owners early Wednesday and forensic police remain on the scene.
"Up to 20 vehicles have had their tyres slashed," Detective Acting Sergeant Brylie Iskov said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"Police are currently investigating the matter and are obtaining CCTV footage from the area.
"Most of the vehicles had all four tyres slashed.
"There's no motive for the offending at this stage.
"It's caused a lot of disruptions to people heading to work today."
Police have urged witnesses to come forward.
They continue to seek security camera footage.
